Six sizes. Channel Island Cast-on with 1 x 1 rib, seam stitches, bisected reverse stockinette stitch underarm gussets, neck gussets and rolled collar. A circularly knit, horizontally patterned gansey. The gauge is 24 sts and 36 rows or rounds/4 inches.

Featured Techniques: Channel Island Cast-on, Underarm Gussets, Knitted Bound-off Shoulders, Inverted Triangular Neck Gussets.

Finished Sizes: 34", 38", 42", 46", 50", 54"

Materials

•Yarn: 8 (9, 9, 9, 10, 10) 100g skeins of Guernsey Wool (246 yards per skein) OR 11 (12, 12, 13, 14, 14) 50g skeins Brown Sheep Nature Spun Sport Weight Yarn (184 yds/ skein)

•Needles: U.S. 2 (2.75 mm) dp needles, and 16 and 24 in. (40 and 60cm) circular needle, U.S. 4 (3.5 mm) dp needles and 16 and 24in. (40 and 60 cm) circular needles. Adjust

needle size to obtain gauge.
