Come to Vermont May 19-22, 2022 to learn about the wonderful Norwegian Fana Cardigan.  We’ll make a cute little sampler that teaches you all the tricks for a professional-looking garment.

We’ll start with casting on and working the ribbing in an unusual way to create a smooth transition for the buttonbands.  You’ll learn how to set up for the front steek, knit the steeks, and cut and finish the steeks.  In addition, you can learn different ways to strand the two colors of yarn, and we’ll talk about yarn dominance and weaving so the floats on the back of the work aren’t so long.

The sense of camaraderie at the retreat is heart-warming, and we will eat well, laugh, and knit.  What could be better?  There are only a couple of spaces left. Go here to learn more about the retreats and how to register.
