NOTE: Check the schematic at the end of this pattern to determine the dimensions of the garment you are knitting, in case you need to make adjustments. Because of the pattern multiples involved, only three sizes have been written. If you want to create a sock that is in between small and medium, medium and large, or an extra-large size, you may do so following the directions, but knitting at a gauge of 7 sts/ inch, rather than 8 sts/ inch, adjusting the length by knitting more rows of the lus pattern in the leg and foot.

Gauge: In 2-color stockinette stitch (lus pattern) on size US 0 (2 mm) ndls: 8 sts/ inch, 10 rnds/ inch
