Description
These cotton scarves are fun and easy to knit — just right for those long summer vacation drives. A variety of finishes are offered: beaded fringe, tassels and knitted fobs. Pictured from left to right: Fringed, Beaded Scarf, Syncopated Brioche Scarf, and Tubular, Tasselled Scarf. These scarves can be made thinner and shorter, or wider and longer — just remember to purchase more yarn! The pattern stitches were adapted from Mary Thomas’s Book of Knitting Patterns, a Dover reprint.

Materials
- Yarn: Two 50g balls of cotton yarn, 108-120
- yds/ball
- Needles: US size 5 (3.75 mm) needles
- Optional: beads to string onto the fringe
